About the Role

We're seeking a VP of Product who shares our belief that great products create movements, not just users. You'll lead our product management function in building experiences that are so intuitive, so delightful, and so valuable that they spread through organizations like wildfire.

This role is perfect for a product leader who has thrived in environments where:

  • The product IS the primary growth engine

  • Design and engineering are true partners, not service organizations

  • User experience details matter as much as strategy

  • Self-serve and product-led motions drive enterprise expansion

  • Community feedback shapes the roadmap

Essential Functions

Shape Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and evolve our product strategy, balancing user delight with sustainable growth

  • Champion a bottoms-up adoption model while building for enterprise scale

  • Create a product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term platform bets

  • Establish metrics that measure both user love (NPS, engagement) and business impact (activation, retention, expansion)

Build & Scale the Product Organization

  • Lead and grow a team of product managers who are builders at heart

  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, user obsession, and craftsmanship

  • Implement product development processes that maintain velocity while scaling

  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering leadership to maintain our high bar for quality

Drive Product-Led Growth

  • Own the end-to-end user journey from first touch to expansion

  • Optimize self-serve onboarding flows that activate users in minutes, not days

  • Build viral loops and collaboration features that naturally drive organic growth

  • Design pricing and packaging that aligns value with usage

Be the Voice of the User

  • Maintain deep connection with users through regular research, support rotations, and community engagement

  • Balance user requests with product vision—knowing when to say no is as important as saying yes

  • Build in public, sharing progress and gathering feedback through transparent communication

  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management with 3+ years in leadership roles at product-led growth companies

  • Track record of scaling products from early adoption to millions of users

  • Experience with freemium or usage-based pricing models

  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics, especially bottoms-up enterprise adoption

  • History of working on products where design excellence and user experience are competitive differentiators

Knowledge & Skills

  • Come from companies that prioritize craft and user experience
  • Have experience with collaborative/multiplayer products where network effects drive growth

  • Understand how to build for individual users while solving for team and enterprise needs

  • Think in systems and platforms, not just features

  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply

  • Contribute to API design, developer experience, and extensibility
