About the Role

Responsive is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to own the execution engine behind our content and web experience. This role is ideal for a web-first copywriter and content operator: someone who pairs strong editorial instincts with the ability to run systems, calendars, and workflows at scale.

This role sits on the Product Marketing team and reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing. You’ll be part of a lean, high-output team that includes two additional marketers executing against a shared editorial calendar spanning blogs, customer stories, long-form thought leadership, ads, video, and audio. In this role, you’ll lead web copywriting and editorial operations while working closely with Growth Marketing, SEO, Web, Creative, and Social/PR to ensure content is aligned, well distributed, and built to perform.

This role sits at the center of how Responsive shows up in the market. You’ll ensure our strongest ideas don’t stop at launch, but live through powerful web experiences and coordinated campaigns that scale with the business.

Essential Functions

  • Own the execution of the editorial calendar end-to-end, including partnering with the Director of Integrated Marketing on planning and overseeing prioritization, workflows, and on-time publication across web, thought leadership, and campaigns

  • Lead content atomization and merchandising of pillar assets to extend reach and impact across channels

  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing to ensure content plans align with quarterly paid media campaigns

  • Serve as the lead web copywriter across core website pages, including product pages, campaign pages, and landing pages, while supporting PPC and campaign copy needs with high-quality, conversion-focused writing

  • Write and edit long-form content, including reports, ebooks, guides, and other flagship assets, while ensuring consistency across derivative content

  • Own content management and optimization in partnership with the A/G/SEO team to drive organic performance, discoverability, and long-term content health

  • Apply AI and automation creatively and responsibly to scale content updates, optimization, and reuse

  • Lead editing, QA, and publication standards across all content types, ensuring on-brand, quality execution at scale

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing or integrated marketing

  • Deep expertise in web copywriting, including experience writing for conversion and clarity

  • Proven experience owning editorial calendars, workflows, and content operations

  • Strong understanding of content atomization and multi-channel distribution

  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing Management, Creative, Growth, SEO, and Web teams to align content with paid and organic performance goals

  • An AI-enabled mindset, including a vision for how to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability

  • Exceptional writing, editing, prioritization, and project management skills

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
