About the Role

A strategic role within the Contracts team, leading major negotiations, detecting strategic opportunities, and ensuring the implementation and execution of contract policies and frameworks.

Essential Responsibilities

• Leading contract strategy development and execution.
• Negotiates high-value or high-risk contracts with major stakeholders according to internal policies and procedures.
• Lead key initiatives to improve contract management systems, processes, and tools.
• Supports ongoing operational goals and team commitments.
• Complements and mentors others on contract drafting.
• Plays a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals through effective contracting practices throughout the organization.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in a related field.

Experience

• 10 to 12 yrs of experience in contract drafting, with proven focus on SaaS negotiation.
