About the Role

Position based in Ireland or UK

 Responsive is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly organized Partner Sales Manager to join our Partner and Alliances team. This individual will work with a combination of GSI, RSI, Cloud, and Ecosystem vendors to nurture partner relationships, develop joint solutions, and build incremental pipeline to land and expand with partners. This is a highly visible role that will engage with sales teams across EMEA and directly impact revenue growth. The role will start as an Individual Contributor (IC) and is flexible in location within EMEA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both GSI/RSI and Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in a partner-facing sales motion.

Essential Functions

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable partners to achieve revenue productivity through contracting, enablement, business planning, and execution tracking.
  • Develop joint solutions and pipeline with partners, aligning to their GTM strategies and Responsive’s GTM focus.
  • Co-sell with Responsive sales teams and guide account planning to maximize partner-driven revenue opportunities.
  • Build joint business plans with partners, support execution, provide measurement, and ensure partner health.
  • Leverage partner Customer Success and Professional Services capabilities to drive customer value and predictable expansion.
  • Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams to optimize collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in partner sales management, with experience working with GSI/RSI and Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships, developing joint solutions, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in co-selling and guiding sales teams on partner engagement strategies.
