About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all departments. The ideal candidate is data-driven, process-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing teams.
Essential Responsibilities
- Strategic Hiring: Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the TA team, ensuring recruitment KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Employer Branding: Design, articulate, and promote the organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all hiring touchpoints to enhance employer brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Process Improvement: Streamline hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data to report on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and more.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other external partners.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies during the hiring process.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of successfully hiring across functions such as technology, product, sales, and leadership roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Led and scaled recruitment teams, building high-performing TA functions from the ground up and managing teams of 5 to10 recruiters.
- Developed and implemented end-to-end talent strategies, including workforce planning, employer branding and campus hiring
- Deep expertise in sourcing and recruitment technologies, ATS tools (SuccessFactors), data-driven hiring, and talent analytics to optimize hiring cycles.
