About the role

As a senior individual contributor on the People team, you will shape the programs, frameworks, and experiences that strengthen Responsive’s culture, develop our talent, and support scalable growth. You’ll serve as an expert partner to leaders, bringing deep OD, talent strategy, and development expertise to help teams work better and individuals grow faster. Your work will directly influence how employees grow, how leaders lead, and how teams collaborate — all while helping the company stay true to its values.

This role is ideal for someone who loves designing solutions, facilitating transformation, and influencing without formal authority

What You’ll Do

Talent Strategy & Planning
Partner with leaders to set talent priorities and deliver scalable solutions. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and capability assessments. Identify future skill needs and recommend build, buy, or grow strategies.

Performance & Development
Own and evolve performance management processes. Design and deliver leadership and manager development programs. Build competency models, career frameworks, and learning pathways.

Employee Engagement & Culture
Lead employee engagement strategy, surveys, and insights. Translate feedback into action to strengthen culture, inclusion, and employee experience.

Organizational Development & Change
Conduct organizational diagnostics and recommend targeted interventions. Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and support leaders through change initiatives.

Insights & Partnership
Use workforce, engagement, and performance data to assess organizational health. Define success metrics and deliver business-relevant insights. Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leaders as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or L&D

  • Proven success designing talent and OD programs in high-growth environments (SaaS preferred)

  • Strong expertise in performance management, leadership development, and team effectiveness

  • Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder influence skills

  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
